Help w Wording new Weezi Sign

Hiddy Ho Pussycats!
I am working on a new sign for the outside wall that will light up at night.
It will up high on the wall underneath the window above the Diner.

It needs to be short and to the point..not my strong suit.
I just want it to grab people's attention for a second but give them a quick idea of
what is up here.

I am looking for help in how to word it....
Right now I have something like this:





I don't know...my problem is it HAS to simple and I like things cluttered and messy.
To me it looks boring and dull.
I like the font and the proportions have to be worked out but
my concern now is the "message".

I will be trying to reach "you" my lovely customers....does that get the point across?
I am not sure about the word Independently..but if I hear funky again I may loose my lunch!

Any suggestions would be very helpful! I am open to whatever.
I will have to decide in the next 24 hours....grr.
