I used parts of vintage sewing patterns from the 60s &70s.

It is a lightweight polyester but feels like a cotton or cotton/poly blend.
The bodice and collar are edged w white rick rack. Gathering under the bust.
Aline skirt~ Puffy sleeves. Ribbon ties at back. Center back zip.
Machine washable. Hang to dry. Handmade in Canada.
