Of course we want everyone to be happy with their Weezi purchase!!
We try very hard to describe our items very accurately.
Please feel free to ask any questions you might have before placing an order.
Communication is best~ Don’t be shy about asking.
We will deal with each request for an exchange or credit on a case to case basis.

Handmade Weezi items may be returned FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All vintage or second hand items are final sale.

If you are not happy with your item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must return the item(s) within 2 days from the time your purchase is delivered.
Please understand that this means from the time the package arrives at your address.
Buyer is responsible for the Weezi item until it arrives safely back to us.

Items must be returned in the same condition as mailed out for credit.
This means a credit will only be issued if the item is returned to us in the exact
same condition it arrived to you in.
If there is any indication of wear which includes the smell of smoke, pet hair, stains,
hair spray, foundation, make up or perfume etc. no credit of any kind will be issued.

Once approved a credit will be issued minus 15% of the list price.
Credits do not include shipping.
Buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the item back to us.

Item(s) may not be returned without prior notification.
Please DO NOT send anything back to me without contacting us first.
